王子様のプロポーズ２/ Be My Princess 2 Main Prologue Summary

Hi everyone, a change of pace here; I'm going to do a short summary of BMP2 prologue for you guys. I didn't feel quite emotionally ready to play this yet but I ended up buying Prince Ivan's stories since he's not related to the deceased princes. The details of this summary may not be 100% accurate as I'm still learning Japanese and that I'm trying to make some parts make sense.

The prologue starts off with Zain III visiting the MC's house; he tells her that hes here to pick her up for a marriage interview. To her surprise, he mentions that she is now a prospective bride of one of the princes. This all goes back to the prior day where a parade was being held at the streets of Nobel Michel in welcoming of the princes. The MC works as a pastry chef in training at Joseph's (her teacher) bakery/pastry shop. He tells her to go out and see the parade since she hasn't been much involved in the outside world after deciding to become a pastry chef when she was young. Prince Ivan and Prince Aslan are introduced first. Prince Ivan wears a nonchalant expression and in contrast, Prince Aslan smiles to the crowd and greets them. The MC is watching the parade and suddenly two boys run up to Prince Ivan asking for signatures but some policemen try to hold them off. Prince Ivan steps down and signs for the children. So basically he is the type who has a cold expression but is actually kind and considerate in the inside. In a brief moment, the MC's eyes meet those of Prince Ivan but of course that doesn't last long and the parade proceeds.

Later on, Joseph and the MC travel to the castle to supply their kitchen with flour, but to their misfortune, the car malfunctions. The MC sees another car (supposedly a luxurious limo) approaching and she desperately pleads for help. Prince Sieg comes out to see whats wrong and agrees to help her to the castle as they are going to the same destination. After remembering her panicked expression, he softly lets out a laugh and of course the MC is flustered by his actions. She doesn't know he is a Prince yet but in her thoughts, she compliments on how good looking he is. She safely arrives in front of the castle's entrance with no further delays; as she is unloading the flour from the truck (I guess its one of those hand truck carts), she notices Prince Kuon arriving with his butler (kent). And of course there are women screaming his name and such, yet this does not bother Prince Kuon to the slightest. A pack of flour almost slips from the MC's hands and this draws Prince Kuon's attention as he approaches her to help, he even suggests to help her carry the flour to the kitchen. As Kent objects to his actions, this causes Prince Kuon to question Kent and his manners since it is unreasonable to leave a troubled woman alone without coming to her aid. 

The MC arrives at the kitchen and fulfills her task on delivering the flour. The head pastry chef notices her attire and then asks her to decorate one of the cakes as the other staff members are busy. Although still in training, the MC still accepts this task and starts to decorate the cake. In the still hectic kitchen, she overhears the staff members discussing among themselves that the princes are looking for a bride. The MC finishes her tasks in the kitchen and enters the garden for fresh air. And not to our surprise there are roses that attract her attention. Not a moment later, a man enters the castle garden as well; he suddenly covers her mouth as she tries to raise her voice and hides in the nearby bushes with her in his arms. A voice can be heard nearby calling for Prince Aslan, the MC then realizes that the one who held her forcibly was no other than the Prince himself whom she saw at the parade earlier. He mentions that there was a sweet scent coming from her and asks if she was making sweets. The MC was shocked and couldn't reply, Prince Aslan then apologizes and takes his leave.

The head pastry chef calls out to the MC and says that Prince Henry of the Philip Kingdom wishes to see her. She then enters the ballroom where all the guests are dressed elegantly in formal attire while she stood out in her plain patissier wear. Prince Henry then proceeds to ask her about her cake decorations. He brings up the topic of wanting to create a memorial party for his deceased grandfather, King Will. ｡･ﾟﾟ･(>д<)･ﾟﾟ･｡ The MC then recalls that when King Will passed away, the whole kingdom was in deep sorrow and that he was greatly admired and loved by his people. Prince Henry desires to make this memorial party into a national event, but for now he wants a party for relatives only. He then asks her to help with the cake for the party which she is pleased to do so. The MC suddenly hid her hand and this made Prince Henry grab it in response and question why, she answers that her hands are full of cuts and burns (most likely from baking and training) but he responds that her hand is beautiful.

Prince Oliver makes his way and approaches the two of them, this attracts more guests to crowd over at where they were. Judging by Prince Henry's reactions, he might have found Prince Oliver a bit annoying. Prince Oliver takes the chance to take the MC away behind a pillar where they can't be spotted. They exchange a few words and he leaves after placing a hand on her head and saying he had this feeling, he'll be meeting her again, he also called her 可愛いパティシエちゃん [cute patissier-chan(´⌣`ʃƪ)]. When the MC was about to leave, she gets pushed and a woman asks her if shes also a candidate dressed in that. The MC has no clue what kind of candidate she was meant by that; suddenly the venue grows dark and only several lights illuminate the stage where the princes are standing. The MC then spots Prince Sieg and realizes that the person who helped her was also a prince as well. He smiles at her when their eyes meet. Prince Henry makes a short speech and then the moderator announces that the bouquet toss is about to take place. Whoever is lucky enough to catch the bouquet gets to be the dance partner of a prince. Women scramble back and forth to catch the bouquet; apparently uninterested, the MC takes this chance to try and leave the venue but to her surprise something hits her on the head. The bouquet of course made its way to the MC and as a result, she was taken away to a waiting room where she was placed in a dress and had her makeup and hair perfected by professionals. After that, the MC then makes her way back to the venue with her new appearance. She was then called out to by one of the princes~

At the end of the main prologue, there are options to continue on to one of the prince's prologues which will then bring you to their main stories after that.

I have a feeling that the app 'Mischievous Kiss in the Suite Room' will be released in English soon so I won't do a prologue summary of that.
